Michelman Inc. has promoted Tom Smith to strategic accounts manager and Don Hoesl to commercial manager. Mr. Smith will take on a more active role in managing corporate level activities, special projects, market management and international opportunities. Mr. Hoesl, on the other hand, will be responsible for all performance coatings commercial sales in North and South America.
